The Lord replied, “My precious, precious child. I love you, and I would never, never leave you during your times of trial and suffering. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you.
Sharon's Loves
Sharon's love of life knew no bounds! She loved her FAMILY. She loved her FRIENDS. She loved her COMMUNITY. She loved her SYMPHONY. She loved her DOGS. She loved her HIGH HEEL SHOES! (And, not always in this order ;)
Sharon loved to LAUGH and being married to her TRUE LOVE, Allan, she was able to do this a lot. Sharon was born on April 18, 1935, in Buffalo, New York and in 1959, on a blind date, met the man who would make her laugh for the next 56 years. Her next loves came through her children, Mark (Maureen) & Karen Lynn, ultimately resulting in the birth of her great loves, Connor (Erin), Iain (Laura), Caitlin (Jay), Charlotte, Jayson, Brooklyn, Carson, Allan, Juliette, Hannah, & Blaire.
In addition to her contributions to the family business, Misson Care Group, Sharon was heavily involved in her community. As an active member in local charities, book clubs, bridge clubs, P.E.O., Sharon was always busy serving others. Sharon took a special interest in Soroptimist International, Family Services of Tulare County, Pro-Youth Heart, Annie R. Mitchell Elementary School & of course our Sequoia Symphony Orchestra and the Tulare County Symphony League.
Sharon (and Al) have been instrumental in our Symphony's success over these many decades of service. Serving on our boards and volunteering behind the scenes, attending every concert as well as giving financially every year, we owe a debt we can never repay!
It is our honor to dedicate this 2026/2027 Symphony Season to the memory and legacy of our dear friend, Sharon Ann Fisher.
Give a Gift in Sharon's Honor!
Keep Sharon's efforts alive by supporting the Symphony she loved & supported!
